One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when trying to burn fat is assuming that they have to eat clean in order to lose weight. Well to tell you the truth, it doesn’t really matter what you eat if you want to lose weight.
You can eat burgers and french fries if you want to the lose weight… the only thing that matters if you want to burn fat and drop pounds is that you are in a caloric deficit… THAT’S IT!!!
The food sources don’t matter… as long as you eating less calories than you burn you will lose weight. For more details just refer to the video above!
