Top Attractions and Places to Workout in Vancouver BC

Ok, ever since our new launch in Vancouver we have been getting bombarded with people asking us the best attractions and places to go workout in the Vancouver area. So in today’s post, I want to talk about what these top attractions are and why they are the coolest places to workout in Vancouver.

I mean let’s face it. Working out in the same gym day in and day out can get very boring after a while. You need to change things up and try something new. If you don’t, then things can get very boring for you and you will start to lose your motivation, this is why I wanted to make this post because there are so many excellent places in Vancouver that you can start working out at!

Here are my top 3 attractions in Vancouver for Working out!

Stanley Park: You probably saw this one coming. I mean who wouldn’t, this is by far one of the nicest attractions in all of Canada. The fact that we can perform our workouts here is amazing!

This park is massive and has tons of space for you to do any type of workout. It is really good for people that like to do cardio workouts or circuit workouts. Overall, if you like nature and parks, this is going to be the best option for you. There is also tons of friendly people who you can meet and even do workouts with.

As a personal trainer in Vancouver, I run almost all of my boot-camps and fitness classes out of this park. It is perfect for me to train my clients and help them get into the best shape of their lives.

Downtown Vancouver: This is a crazy cool place! There is so much going on, and if you like to go for runs, then you need to start running in the downtown Vancouver area. There is so much to see and so much to do. This is a great place to do your cardio and have fun doing it. I have never got a bad complaint from clients that went for a run for the first time in the downtown Vancouver area. They normally find new places to hangout, new gyms to try and new friends they make during their run.

So, if you are planning on going for a run anytime soon, then please make sure to try going downtown!

Local Gyms: If you are trying to spice up your workouts, try out some new gyms in Vancouver. There are so many unique local gyms that you can get free trials for. Why not try a couple of different gyms and then choose 2-3 of them that you will purchase a membership at. This way you can always have a new place to go workout and keep things interesting. If you don’t, then you will probably get very bored of the same gym every single day and eventually you can get very demotivated!
