In order for you to lose body fat around the belly you need to lose weight in general and let your body choose where it wants to take the fat from.
Doing crunches and huge amounts of abdominal workouts are not going to make your body burn more fat in the abdominal area, just put yourself in a caloric deficit and let the rest of your body do the work.
